Before you contact us to make a referral, please read the Referral Information Sheet and fill in the Referral Form (links below) with the young person so that you have the necessary details to hand when we speak to you.
Please note that you will also need to inform your local Housing Options team that you are doing this. If you have any questions regarding making a referral for emergency accommodation, or would like to receive some training on this, please contact the office on 01904 652043.
Because of the way we are funded, SASH Supported Lodgings currently only operates in York. Anyone referred for SASH Supported Lodgings must have a local area connection to York.
All referrals for Supported Lodgings must come via City of York's Single Access Point process. You can download the referral form here. All referrals must be sent to the Access Officer, not directly to SASH - full details are on the form.
